Throughout my career, I have found the approach of utilizing an organizational change foundation combined with strategic communications generates clear, concise, and consistent levels of cohesiveness for awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement; all imperative measurements to ensure achievement for all audiences/learners. The knowledge I have obtained from contributing to a variety of projects has increased my ability for accuracy and value for logic. " I truly believe in working with a positive teamwork approach which encourages growth and the ability to "work smarter."
