Managed business change impact needs, as well as executed/supported schedules and communications aligned to vendors, stakeholders, strategic plans, and organizational change management while participating in backlog grooming sessions for training development.

 

§  Windows Servers - Integrated Customer Platform /Tech. Integration

Lead data transformation and training efforts to migrate legacy Windows servers to Win 2008 or 2012. Scope included 3500 servers and 1000 applications to migrate from Win 2003. Created human resources SharePoint sites to track training status, roadblocks, and CRQ (Change Requests). Composed user stories, captured new or changed functionality, illustrated functional requirements for training development and delivery. Collaborated with Application Interface Managers to  communicate training updates and track issues/risks.

 

§  Citrix® XenApp® and XenDesktop® /Unified Communications Migration

Identified business needs and training use cases/scenarios, designed standards, developed requirements, created project timelines, implemented systems technology/education, and managed/evaluated the feedback of all vested parties (i.e. leadership, management, project managers, architects, power users, end users, and UC Contact Center training team members). Merged sunsetting servers and storage farm collections (76,000 impacted forms) into next generation joined to ensure efficiency and structure for all call centers world-wide by providing a refined skill set of organizing, planning, designing, communicating, and supporting training to more than fifty Contact Centers, in groups of ten to two hundred, staggered within a twelve-eighteen week training cycle, aligning with the support and connection of business and technical processes, procedures, and policies connected to the lifecycle of enterprise deployments/efforts.
